Cemetery Flower & Decoration Policy: Evergreen has the obligation and responsibility to all owners of burial property in Evergreen to maintain and preserve the appearance of the cemetery. For the purpose of these rules and regulations, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
